At every level across all our operations, we instil the highest standards of service levels and training to provide continued support and growth for our people, allowing us to exceed our customers’ expectations.
The development of our training programmes are in accordance with our in house procedures for glass inspection, which have been developed over more than 30 years. This covers both job specific and Health & Safety training with regular refreshers. In addition, specific customer based inductions can be carried out in house, or by our customers to ensure that staff attending their sites are fully inducted prior to arrival.
In the UK, 5 Operations Managers, and their own supervisory staff are part of our overall team of more than 500 employees, many of whom work a rota shift system covering 24/7: whilst our European operation currently has more than 50 staff working in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with a dedicated Europe Operations Manager.
